60- hour Washington Real Estate Fundamentals - This is 1 of 2 courses you need to meet the required 90 Clock Hours to take the Washington State Real Estate Exam. It can be purchased separately or as part of the 90-Hour Real Estate package for Washington. In this intensive training you will receive training covering Federal and State Fair Housing Laws, Contract Requirements, what makes a Valid Contract, Ownership Rights to real property, water rights and use, etc. Remember this is part 1 only, you must also take 30 hours of Real Estate Practices. Upon successful completion we will transmit your completion records directly to the state and you can schedule your state examination.
