This is an 18 hour Texas real estate license renewal package that also includes the mandated Legal I, Legal II, and the Mandatory Contracts Course for 2024-2025. It also contains one 7-hour topic, Fundamentals of Real Estate Investing. All completed courses are automatically reported to TREC when you finish them. If you have sponsored one or more sales agents, served as the designated broker for a business entity broker that sponsors sales agents, or have been made a supervisor of other license holders, you will need to take the 6 hour Broker Responsibility Course as part of your 18 hours of CE.
