Please read these terms carefully before using our platform or enrolling in any course.

Sales, Course Completion & Refund Policy

A student is entitled to a full tuition refund minus a $25 administration fee if all of the following conditions have been met.

Special Note: Tuition refunds are governed by each individual state in accordance with anti-discriminatory laws as they pertain to tuition and enrollment guidelines. We are happy to issue any student a refund as long as the criteria are met per that state agency's laws and guidelines.

The refund is requested within 14 days of the student's registration date, and Train Agents Inc. has received a written cancellation via email to customerservice@trainagents.com.

B

The student has not completed any course.

C

A $25.00 administrative and processing fee may be charged on all tuition refunds. No refund will be paid until the written refund request has been received by Train Agents Inc.

Refunds are processed within 5 business days of receipt of the written refund request.

Course Timeline

All courses must be completed within 12 months of the original enrollment date. Extensions can be purchased for incomplete courses at the end of the initial 12-month period.

Certificates & Transcripts

Certificate of Completion

Available immediately upon finishing a course. Copies can be downloaded at any time by logging in, for a period of 2 years following enrollment date.

State Transcripts

Train Agents Inc. provides transcript copies to the State upon request and may grant authorized State personnel online access to validate student participation.

If you receive a letter from the State indicating you have been randomly selected for an audit of your online education, please contact us โ€” we can assist you through the process.

Texas Final Exam Requirements

Important โ€” Read Before You Start: The final exam is NOT open book. Please put away all study materials and electronic devices before you begin.

For your Texas Qualifying Course exam, you must complete a proctoring process. Two options are available โ€” read the instructions carefully before you begin.

Proctoring Options

Supervised Proctoring

Someone you know supervises your exam in person. Your proctor must be an approved individual such as a pastor, librarian, or similar.

Enter Proctor Information

Before you begin, enter your proctor's details including their email address and organization's website URL.

Proctor Code (Before Exam)

Your proctor will receive an email with a special code. Ask them to enter this code before you start the exam.

Proctor Code (After Exam)

When you finish, your proctor enters a final code from their email to submit your test for scoring.

Your exam will not be graded until your proctor enters the final code.
