How long is the Texas real estate exam?
You receive 150 minutes (2.5 hours) for the national portion and 90 minutes (1.5 hours) for the state portion, for a total of 4 hours. The sections are taken consecutively.
What if I fail the Texas exam?
You can retake the failed section(s) after a 24-hour waiting period by paying the $54 exam fee again. Your passing scores remain valid for 1 year from the date of your first passing section.
