However, if your question is because you are receiving error messages, or the system is not functioning as it is designed, check to make sure you have followed the steps below.

1. Cookies must be turned on in your browser. Are your cookies on?

2. Restart your computer and try again. Sometimes a computer that has been on for a while will start acting strangely, especially if you're using Internet Explorer as your web browser which has proven to be unsafe, unreliable, and allows malicious web sites to install spyware, adware, and other software that will eventually bring your computer to a halt (see number 3).

3. If restarting your computer does not resolve the problem, try installing Firefox, the safest, fastest, and most secure web browser in existance. The download is free.

4. If your computer is still not working properly, running slow, popping up advertisement windows, etc., do a full virus scan and a spyware check. Free spyware tools, such as Spy Sweeper, are available online.
