Train Agents, Inc. is approved by the Oregon Real Estate Agency to provide and certify completion of the required 150 Clock Hours of courses to prepare for the Oregon State License Exam and accepts all of our courses for mandatory Continuing Education when certified by a Principal Broker, which is standard operating procedure in Oregon. Our Oregon School number is 1734.

Many people ask us why we are listed as an Out Of State School with Oregon. The answer is, we are what is known as an Alternative Delivery Method school (ADM) and all of our courses are delivered via the internet. Although we employee Oregon licensed instructors, we do not maintain a physical address in Oregon therefore we are considered out of state. One reason we do not maintain physical addresses in every state we operate in is an effort to keep our tuition fees as low as possible.
